I completed my 200-hour certification in 2019 with Franklin Street Yoga in Chapel Hill, NC and draw on 15 years of practice. I have both participated in and guided yoga and meditation classes and kids camps since childhood and hope to make the practices more broadly available. I have taught participants from ages 6 to 70 and enjoy making physical and emotional wellbeing to all ages. Summer 2019, I taught daily yoga and meditation classes to 13-15-year-olds, helping them find body positivity, mental clarity, and self-confidence.

I believe in order to create a more just and equitable world, we need to reclaim and feel grounded in our bodies. Through yoga and liberated movement, I help guide individuals to inhabit their bodies more comfortably and lovingly. With a mix of structured and intuitive movements, my students can find ways to move that make them feel happy, healed and whole.

I combine these healing movement practices with my art experience to guide students through visualization and drawing exercises. This combination of physical and creative modalities allows for mental, spiritual, and physical wellbeing.
